The ground floor, is to be completed and is large enough to provide an additional large apartment that can be easily connected to the upper floor.
The garden is planted and measures about 2,500 square meters and includs an annex of 50 square meters to be restored.
Windows are double-glazed and the roof was revised in 2017. Heating is with a LPG boiler and mains water.
